Rules for The Jedi Arena
Anyone can join this club, but we do have a few rules that we expect to be followed by our members.
These rules are broken down into 3 main categories: Email (general), Trading (general), and Club (specific).
Email
1. Spam is not allowed. We list our member's addresses for trading purposes and internal communications only. Anyone who uses member addresses (usually to advertise services or goods) without their approval will be evicted from the club. The only exception to this rule is when the member in question has given you permission to use their address for this. Once permission is given, it becomes an issue between members and will be treated as such.
Trading
2. No Bad Traders! Primarily this means not following through on your half of a trade agreement, but can also include bidding on auctions and not paying, accepting payment for cards and not sending, trading cards in bad condition if the other party does not know about it, and so on. 3. If you use people as references and you have not traded with them, donated cards to them, or bought anything from them, you will be evicted from this site and labeled as a bad trader. See rule #2 above.
4. Trading needs to be handled with courtesy. Ask people if they want to trade in an email so that person has the time to look at their lists. It also gives them a hard copy to look over. Do not hassle people about trading: this is rude and can lead to expulsion from the club if it becomes an issue. This will also lead to being labeled as a bad trader. See rules #2 & #3 above.
NOTE: Membership in G.A.B. (Good [Traders] Against Bad [Traders] - see www.gabtraders.com for details) is a good option because they check your references when you submit them and store them on a trading page for you. We do sometimes use G.A.B. stats as a tie-breaker of sorts when it comes to winning boxes.
Club
5. We do verify email addresses. If your address changes, please notify one of the four primary masters within two weeks: Jedi Master Kat for the Jedi, Bounty Hunter Master Spiral Fett for the Bounty Hunters, Sith Master Belgarion for the Sith, or Trade Federation Master Whitney for the Trade Federation. If you don't notify at least one of us, your information will be deleted and you will have to start over again as a member.
6. Contests will run for 2-4 weeks at any given time. We reserve the right to end a contest at any time though and may do so depending on our schedules. All major updates to the site are done on days or time off from work and should that happen to fall before 2 weeks, then so be it. In short, unless the contest is specifically marked, we can end it early.
7. We reserve the right to evict any member from the club should they offend one of us or another member in any way. We also reserve the right to evict members on the basis of foul conduct (trading or otherwise) or negative comments made against The Jedi Arena. Finally, we also reserve the right to turn down any join application for any reason. Although this will more than likely not happen, we do have that option.
8. Cheating: There is no cheating of any kind allowed. Cheating will get you fined points/Credits, could be prison time, and if that doesn't work as punishment, than eviction from the Club. Cheating is giving away the answers when you are not allowed to. This includes E-mailing, and or Posting on Message Boards.

The images found on the site do not belong to me nor do I take credit for them. They are found around the web on free sites. All references to Star Wars, whether it be about books, cards, etc... are taken in light context. Credit for all things referring to cards has to go to Decipher and/or Wizards of the Coast. And of course George Lucas for creating our wonderful little world.
Please no bad-mouthing the site, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Young Jedi, Jedi Knights, Star Trek or Harry Potter. Granted everyone is entitled to their opinion, but please be careful on what you say.
When you are ready to earn your free boxes of cards (you have the correct number of references, credits, points, and conquest points) then I will buy them for you. Each member that wins must pay the shipping for these which is generally $10.00, and it takes two weeks (and sometimes longer) to get them. I have to have them delivered here first and then re-mail them to you. The boxes you select must be under $100. Take a look at the Universal Card Store prices and stock before hand and pick any two under that price.
